Grit (pasión y perseverancia) y su relación con el liderazgo: revisión de la literatura 2015-2025

Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación fue realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre la relación del constructo Grit (pasión por objetivos a largo plazo y perseverancia de esfuerzo) y su relación con el liderazgo, en el periodo 2015-2025.  Los estudios recientes en esta área reflejan un interés creciente en investigaciones enfocadas a la asociación entre el Grit y el liderazgo; pues se ha demostrado su capacidad para relacionarse o influir en el desempeño sostenido, la resiliencia, el compromiso organizacional y efectividad en contextos de incertidumbre y complejos. En este sentido, surge la pregunta ¿Con qué tipo o tipos de liderazgo han sido asociados con el Grit y cuál ha sido el resultado de esa relación? La metodología fue cualitativa con alcance descriptivo, a través de un análisis de contenido con información documental, bajo el método PRISMA. Se utilizaron las bases de datos de Scopus, Web of Sciencie y Science Direct, tras aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión se seleccionaron 26 artículos. Los resultados muestran estudios emergentes, en disciplinas mayoritariamente del área de negocios, administración, satisfacción laboral y educación, el constructo Grit se vincula con 10 tipos de liderazgo, se acuña el término “Gritty leaders” y se identificó un predominio de relaciones positivas, pero con magnitud y dirección variables, el Grit en la perseverancia de esfuerzo es más consistente que la consistencia del interés, el autoliderazgo es la línea intrapersonal predominante en este conjunto de hallazgos.
