Gestión del trabajo en equipo y calidad educativa: Perspectivas para el fortalecimiento institucional

Este estudio analiza la influencia de la gestión del trabajo en equipo sobre la calidad educativa, considerando su impacto en el fortalecimiento institucional de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales. El objetivo principal consiste en identificar las prácticas de trabajo colaborativo docente y su incidencia en la mejora continua de la educación, con el fin de consolidar el desempeño académico e institucional. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo correlacional-descriptivo, con una muestra de 177 estudiantes de las carreras de Gestión del Talento Humano y Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo (UTEQ). La información se obtuvo mediante un cuestionario estructurado con escala Likert y se procesó utilizando estadística descriptiva, análisis de correlación de Pearson y regresión lineal simple. Los resultados revelan percepciones favorables acerca de la gestión del trabajo en equipo (M = 4.1), la calidad educativa (M = 4.0) y el fortalecimiento institucional (M = 3.9). La gestión colaborativa presentó una correlación significativa con la calidad educativa (r = 0.682, p < 0.01) y con el fortalecimiento institucional (r = 0.594, p < 0.01), explicando el 46.6% y el 35.6% de su varianza, respectivamente. Se concluye que la colaboración académica estructurada constituye un factor clave para elevar la calidad de la enseñanza y fortalecer las capacidades institucionales. Las recomendaciones incluyen el desarrollo de políticas de liderazgo compartido, programas de formación docente en competencias colaborativas y sistemas de evaluación participativa que refuercen las prácticas de trabajo en equipo.
