Gamificación digital como estrategia para fortalecer la educación inclusiva: una revisión sistemática de la motivación, participación y resultados de aprendizaje 2020-2026

Resumen

La gamificación digital se ha situado como una estrategia para fomentar experiencias de aprendizaje más motivadoras, participativas e inclusivas, si bien sus efectos son influenciados por el diseño pedagógico y las condiciones de aplicación. Esta revisión tiene por finalidad la identificación sistemática de la evidencia científica publicada hasta 2026 relativa a su aportación a la educación inclusiva en los ámbitos de motivación, participación, resultados de aprendizaje, restricciones y barreras. Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática exploratoria con base en criterios de inclusión, búsqueda organizada, selección y análisis cualitativo-comparativo de 13 artículos científicos indexados en Scopus, protagonizados por diferentes niveles, poblaciones y contextos educativos. Se observaron efectos positivos predominantes para motivación y participación, y algunos efectos benéficos para autonomía, competencia, interacción social y ciertos resultados de aprendizaje; no obstante, la variabilidad fue mayor para estos últimos. También se detectaron beneficios para estudiantes con necesidades especiales, comunidades marginadas y estudiantes con bajo desempeño. Se concluye que la gamificación puede contribuir a potenciar la educación inclusiva cuando integran diseños accesibles, personalizados y con un soporte pedagógico, teniendo en cuenta diversidad de estudiantes y las brechas en acceso digital.
